Kempinski Al Othman to be leading Luxury Hotel

KHOBAR - Al Othman Holding Company, one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias leading holding companies consisting of fourteen entities, will deploy Avaya solutions to transform its Al Othman Towers into smart towers.
SSBS, one of Avayas strategic partners in the kingdom will be delivering Avayas end to end solutions to the towers. Al Othman towers are the new prestigious twin towers located in Khobar, KSA that will house the new Al Othman headquarters in one building and the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel in the adjacent tower named one of the top 10 hotels opening in the Middle East in 2012.

Al Othman group believes that it is important to equip their tenants, who plan on setting up offices in their business tower, with a smart office experience. All offices will be equipped with Avayas IP telephony and will run advanced Unified Communications features, allowing them to setup their business with ease. With a centrally managed solution, Al Othman group can have a converged system delivered end-to-end by SSBS for all communications needs of the tower from the infrastructure network to communications applications.
The Kempinski Al Othman Hotel Al Khobar will also be fully equipped with Avayas top line hospitality solutions. For a hotel that is among the leading luxury hotels in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia, business guests easy access to communications is at the heart of the hotels services strategy. By choosing Avayas solutions the hotel will have a communications infrastructure that is built for high performance and reliability, with a vast capacity for expansion in the future. This project will be one of the largest structures that Avaya will service in the Kingdom.
